Shipping & Return Policy
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Upgraded express shipping orders are prioritized and processed within 1 business day, with the exception of holidays. Please see table below for estimated shipping timelines.
All orders to Canada and the US are untracked FREE SHIPPING. Options to upgrade to ship with tracking and/or express delivery is available at checkout.
For International Orders, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
A note on International Orders: Once international orders with standard shipping have left our office, we cannot guarantee real-time tracking updates. For more information on the delivery of your package, we recommend contacting your local post office as we will not have access to any additional information. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages shipped with standard shipping. If you require guaranteed delivery, please choose the express shipping option. All international orders are also subject to import duty taxes, VAT and handling fees, which we are not responsible for. The amount of duties and taxes you may incur depends on your country.
We process your order as quickly as possible, so if you need to make an adjustment or cancel your order, send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org right away. Note that sending an email does not mean that your adjustment or cancellation is guaranteed to be processed. We will contact you as soon as we receive your email to let you know if we can accommodate your request. Unfortunately, orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
If the product arrived damaged, please send a photo to email@example.com; we are happy to work with our customers and offer replacements within 30 days of purchase.
If the product is not damaged and you still wish to return the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unused and in new condition
- In their original packaging
